Accessibility Statement
Effective October 17, 2026
Our commitment
My Ally is built for every business owner, technician and customer, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance and Section 508.
What we do
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA color contrast in both light and dark themes.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can announce them correctly.
- Animations are reduced automatically when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Text can be zoomed to 200% and layouts adapt to phones, tablets and desktops.
- The Help panel and dialogs can be closed with the Escape key, and buttons that show only an icon have a spoken name.
- We review accessibility when we add new features.
Known limitations
- Flyer Studio is a visual design tool. Dragging elements on the canvas requires a pointer, though text and colors can be edited from the side panels.
- AI-generated images and flyers do not automatically include descriptions. Add your own alt text when you publish them.
- Content added by shops, such as uploaded photos or PDFs, may not be accessible.
Compatibility
My Ally is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, and with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS and TalkBack.
