My Ally

Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

Agreement to these terms

My Ally is a business workspace for service businesses and trades, such as automotive, handyman, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning and similar shops. It helps teams manage customers and leads, draft emails, build quotes and invoices, run a point of sale, look up materials, design flyers and research with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). By creating an account or using My Ally you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Accessibility Statement. My Ally is offered to businesses, not to consumers for personal use. If you use My Ally on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business and that you are at least 18 years old.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password private.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite to your store.
  • Store owners and managers control who has access to their store and should remove people who no longer need it.
  • Tell us right away at the support address below if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Customer information you add

You may add details about your own customers, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, vehicles and quote requests, including leads captured by website forms connected to My Ally. For this information:

  • You remain the owner of the information and are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and use it, including any consent your customers must give.
  • You instruct us to store and process it only to provide My Ally to you.
  • You must not add sensitive information that the service does not need, such as full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security or other government ID numbers, or health information.
  • When you email, call or text your customers, you are the sender and you are responsible for following the laws that apply, including the federal CAN-SPAM Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Washington Commercial Electronic Mail Act (RCW 19.190) and similar state laws. This includes getting consent where required, identifying your business and honoring opt-out requests.

AI features

Some features send the text, files and customer details you choose to include to third-party AI providers in order to generate a response. By using these features you agree to that processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review drafts, prices, part numbers, fitment and labor estimates before sending them to customers or relying on them.
  • You are responsible for the content you send to customers, including content generated with AI.
  • Do not use AI features to create unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing content.

Acceptable use

  • Use My Ally only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not try to access another store's data, other accounts, or parts of the service you have not been given access to.
  • Do not probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or submit spam through connected forms.
  • Do not use My Ally to send unsolicited marketing messages in breach of anti-spam laws.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, including images, logos and fonts in Flyer Studio.
  • Do not use My Ally to discriminate against customers, or to make false or misleading claims about your licenses, prices or work.
  • You are responsible for holding the business and trade licenses, registrations, bonds and insurance your work requires.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Some features require a paid plan or AI credits. Before you are charged we will clearly show the price, the billing period, what is included and, for subscriptions, that the plan renews automatically until you cancel.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price then in effect, using the payment method on file.
  • You can cancel at any time by emailing the support address below, or in the app wherever a cancel option is shown. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before increasing the price of a plan you already pay for, so you can cancel first.
  • Prices do not include taxes. We will add sales tax or similar taxes where the law requires us to collect them, based on your business location. Washington and several other states tax software subscriptions.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Payments you record in the point of sale are entries in your own books. My Ally does not process card payments for your customers, and you are responsible for the payment methods, sales tax and receipts you provide to them.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of the content you add, such as customer records, flyers, brand kits and email templates. You give us permission to host, copy and process that content only as needed to run My Ally for you. We own the My Ally software, design and brand. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

Prices, materials and trade guidance

Material prices, store comparisons, labor estimates, markup suggestions, playbooks and safety or code notes are estimates to help you plan. Store prices and stock change often and may differ from what is shown. You decide what to charge, which jobs to take and how to do the work, and you are responsible for following building codes, permits, safety rules and manufacturer instructions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep My Ally available and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. Some saved items, such as AI chats and generated images, are kept for a limited time and are deleted automatically, with an email reminder before deletion. Keep your own copies of anything you need long term.

Ending your use

You can stop using My Ally at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@myallyai.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

My Ally is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Responsibility for your use

You agree to cover reasonable costs, including legal fees, from claims by third parties that arise from the content you add, the messages you send to your customers, the work you perform, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and the federal laws of the United States that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you and we consent to those courts. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use My Ally after that means you accept the updated terms.
